What this product is
This is an AI writing assistant that helps genuine customers turn their real experience into natural-sounding review text. It is not a review-posting bot, and it does not guarantee ratings, review volume, or search ranking outcomes.
Acceptable use for business owners
You may only use this product to collect feedback from your genuine customers. You may not use it to fabricate reviews, incentivize specific ratings, review your own or a competitor's business, or otherwise violate Google's review policies. We may disable accounts that misuse the product.
No automated posting
The product never submits reviews to Google automatically. The customer always reviews, can edit, and manually posts their own review — this is a fixed design constraint, not a configurable setting.
Plans and billing
Plans include a monthly AI-generation limit enforced server-side. Limits reset each billing period. Unused reviews do not roll over unless explicitly stated.
Limitation of liability
The product is provided "as is". We are not responsible for the content of reviews customers choose to submit, or for actions taken by Google or any third party.
