What we collect from customers
The public review page does not require an account, email, or phone number. We store the star rating, any tags selected, and the free-text description a customer chooses to type — nothing more. We hash the visitor's IP address before storing it, solely to prevent abuse of the AI review generator; the raw IP is never retained.
What we collect from business owners
Name, email, and business details you provide during signup and onboarding — used to run your account, dashboard, and billing.
AI usage disclosure
When a customer submits feedback, it is sent to a third-party AI provider (currently Google's Gemini API) to generate review text. We instruct the AI to use only the facts supplied by the customer and never to invent details. Generated text and the facts it was based on are stored so the business can review usage and so we can enforce plan limits.
What we never do
We never post reviews on a customer's behalf, never auto-submit anything to Google, and never sell customer data to third parties.
Data deletion
Business owners can request deletion of their account and associated data at any time by contacting support. Deletion removes business records and settings; anonymized, aggregate usage records may be retained for legal/accounting purposes.
